Exercise demonstrations
Clear sequences with agreed starting positions, timing and camera views. Define repetitions, loops, transitions and any on-screen guidance before capture.
Fitness animation
Fitness animation and motion capture for apps, brands and virtual experiences.
We turn recorded performance and character craft into movement assets for your project. From a yoga sequence to an exercise demonstration, the production starts with the movement you want to communicate and the platform that needs to play it.
Discuss your projectTHE SERVICE
Fitness animation creates moving digital demonstrations for an app, film or interactive experience. Mimic Wellbeing brings together character creation, rigging, motion capture and animation. Your team supplies the exercise programme and approves the movement; we produce the visual assets around that brief.
Agree the deliverables and the intended platform before production starts.

Animation adapted to a character’s proportions and rig. A captured performance needs review and refinement when it is transferred to a different digital body.
A named, organised set of clips for your development team. File types, skeleton conventions, loop behaviour and technical limits are agreed for the target platform.
Build a shot and exercise list with your qualified movement lead. Agree equipment, clothing, floor contact, intended users and approval responsibilities.
Choose motion capture, keyframe animation or a combination. Capture gives a performance starting point; keyframes help shape timing and resolve specific poses.
Apply the movement to the agreed rig, review contacts and transitions, and check the character from the camera angles the audience will see.
Review sample assets in the intended playback environment before completing the library. Confirm naming, scale, frame rate and the agreed delivery package.
For Spark, Luni’s fitness app, Mimic Productions created a stylised digital coach, including character creation, modelling, texturing and rigging. The character was built around the app’s visual direction, with a model and rig prepared for digital performance.

No. It depends on the movement, character style, number of clips and intended use. Keyframe animation may be suitable for a short or stylised sequence; capture can provide a performance base for a larger library.
Share the model and rig for review. Skeleton structure, proportions, controls and usage rights affect whether it can be used directly or needs preparation.
We agree formats with your development team before production. The scope should distinguish rendered videos from animation clips, rigs, models and editable source files.
Bring your movement list and references. We review the capture space, props, visibility, performer requirements and contact points before confirming the approach.
Your qualified movement specialist should approve the programme and the demonstrated technique. Animation production does not provide personalised exercise advice or certify a routine as suitable for every user.
Clip count, performer and capture requirements, rig readiness, cleanup, transitions, review rounds and export requirements all affect the scope. A representative sample helps establish the production approach.
